1. 適用範囲

本ポリシーは、本アプリの利用に伴って取り扱われる情報に適用されます。本アプリは、スポーツや身体動作の動画を再生・分析し、利用者による振り返りを支援するために提供されます。

2. 動画・分析データ

利用者が選択した動画、動画に付けた人物名・動作名・MEMO、ランドマーク設定、分析結果は端末内で処理・保存されます。

骨格推定にはGoogle ML Kitを使用しますが、動画および骨格推定結果はGoogleへ送信されません。ML Kitは、性能・利用状況に関する情報の送信や、モデル・互換性情報の更新のためにGoogleと通信する場合があります。

利用者が共有または書き出しを実行した場合に限り、選択した送信先や写真ライブラリへデータが渡されます。

3. 広告

無料機能の一部で、Google Mobile Adsによる報酬広告を表示します。Googleおよび広告パートナーは、利用者の同意内容や端末の設定に応じて、端末情報、広告識別子、広告の表示・操作情報などを取り扱う場合があります。

対象となる場合、利用者は本アプリの設定画面にある「広告のプライバシー設定」から、広告に関する選択内容を確認・変更できます。

4. アプリ内購入

買い切りプランの決済、購入履歴および返金はApp Storeによって処理されます。本アプリは購入権限を確認するために必要な取引情報を受け取りますが、クレジットカード番号などの決済情報は取得しません。

5. 端末の権限

動画の選択・保存のために、写真または動画ライブラリへのアクセスを求めます。許可は端末の設定からいつでも変更できます。許可しない場合、関連する機能は利用できません。

6. 保存期間と削除

本アプリ内の保存動画やMEMOは、利用者が削除するまで端末内に保持されます。アプリ内の一覧から個別に削除できます。

本アプリを削除すると、端末内に保存された本アプリのデータも削除されます。ただし、写真ライブラリへ書き出した動画は残ります。

7. 未成年者の利用

未成年者が本アプリを利用する場合は、必要に応じて保護者の同意または監督のもとで利用してください。他者が映る動画を使用・共有する場合は、プライバシーおよび肖像権に配慮し、必要な許可を得てください。

8. ポリシーの変更

機能、利用するサービス、または法令の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたは本アプリ内でお知らせします。

1. Scope

This policy applies to information handled through use of the App. The App is provided to help users review sports and body-movement videos through playback and analysis.

2. Videos and analysis data

Videos you select, names, activity labels, MEMOs, landmark settings, and analysis results are processed and stored on your device.

Pose estimation uses Google ML Kit, but videos and pose-estimation results are not sent to Google. ML Kit may contact Google to send performance and usage information and to receive model or compatibility updates.

Data is sent to a destination you choose only when you explicitly share or export it, or saved to your photo library when requested.

3. Advertising

Some free features offer rewarded ads provided by Google Mobile Ads. Depending on your consent choices and device settings, Google and its advertising partners may handle device information, advertising identifiers, and ad impression or interaction data.

Where applicable, you can review or change your choices under “Ad Privacy Settings” in the App’s Settings screen.

4. In-app purchases

Payments, purchase history, and refunds for the lifetime plan are processed by the App Store. The App receives transaction information needed to verify access, but does not collect payment details such as credit card numbers.

5. Device permissions

The App requests access to your photo or video library so you can select and save videos. You can change permissions at any time in your device settings. Related features will not work without the required permission.

6. Retention and deletion

Videos and MEMOs saved in the App remain on your device until you delete them. You can remove individual items from the App.

Uninstalling the App removes its locally stored data, but videos exported to your photo library remain there.

7. Use by minors

Minors should use the App with parental or guardian consent or supervision where appropriate. When using or sharing a video of another person, respect their privacy and image rights and obtain any permission required.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the App, third-party services, or applicable requirements. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the App.
